Order status communication is done by either telephone or email, so it is important that you provide a phone number and accurate email address where you can be reached. You will receive an automatically generated email order confirmation at the email address you entered on the order form. If you choose a DHL shipping option, you will receive an email with your tracking number. In addition, we will notify you by phone or email if there was an issue with filling your order. International customers will be contacted by email only.
Overnight Orders $17.95
Fax or order online by 11:00 AM, Monday-Friday, EST and ask for overnight delivery. Overnight orders will be delivered Monday-Friday only, excluding holidays. We will ship your overnight order as completely as possible. Out of stock items will be backordered and shipped as soon as possible. We will notify you upon ordering if your item is on backorder.
